Psychotherapy is a more in-depth form of therapy that aims to explore the underlying emotional and psychological issues that may be affecting your thoughts, behaviour, and relationships. It often involves working through past experiences and long-standing patterns, helping individuals understand and resolve deeper-rooted concerns to promote lasting change and healing.

Couples therapy is a form of therapy that helps partners navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. It provides a space for both individuals to express their feelings, address conflicts, and develop healthier patterns of interaction. Through guided sessions, couples can gain insight into their relationship dynamics, work through unresolved issues, and build a stronger foundation for a more fulfilling partnership.

Relationship therapy for families, such as between a mother and daughter, focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the bond between family members. It offers a safe space for both parties to express their thoughts and emotions, fostering understanding and empathy.

Mindfulness Sessions

£55 - 45 minutes

A mindfulness session typically involves teaching you the principles of mindfulness, which include focusing on the present moment with acceptance and without judgment. I will guide you through mindfulness exercises, such as breathing techniques or body scans, helping you cultivate awareness and attention to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations. During the session, we will engage in guided mindfulness practices aimed at reducing stress, increasing emotional resilience, and enhancing overall well-being. I will also offer tools for you to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, empowering you to stay grounded and present throughout your day.

If you are feeling nervous about starting therapy, I can offer you mindfulness sessions for a number of weeks before hand to settle you into the space.

Please note - Mindfulness sessions are not the same as counselling or therapy.
